![]() ![]() Considering the economy today and the way things are going, it looks like everyone can use every penny they get.Notice to Employment Agencies and Professional Recruiters: The Domino’s Pizza LLC Corporate hiring team will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate for a Corporate position. Either ownership will take control of his business and clean house of the clowns who find making a pizza with directions to be too hard, or the location will drown. I'm sure I'm not the first person to complain and I won't be the last, but it can only go on for so long before something gives. Then have at it, but I can't see too many people being okay with giving out their money to be treated like shit and given unacceptable quality food that a starving child in Africa wouldn't touch. If you're into giving your money to someone who will go above and beyond to fuck up your order and ensure you have a terrible experience every time you decide to give them another chance in hopes they just had a bad day and are actually ready to do their jobs they signed their name on the dotted line to perform Monday through Friday. You order a well done steak and you get a rare steak, then being told you ordered a steak that's what you got. However they feel like giving it to you, god forbid you tell them they did something wrong or they're going to tell you "that's what you ordered, that's what you're going to get." Such great logic right? Example. I wouldn't waste your time or money darkening the door way of this dominos, you're gonna get whatever they feel like giving. ![]() You can't have a successful business if you don't have customers to sell your product to. Soon enough these things will be brought to the owners attention due to the location being a franchise, word travels fast. It's astounding the owner is okay with two quacks muddying up their reputation and essentially screwing around with someone else's money because they don't care about doing their job. The general manager of the store and whoever Justin is have a shitty attitude problem and refuse to take any kind of accountability for their behavior, their actions, the quality of their work, etc. It's fairly obvious this location is lacking heavily considering how low the ratings are. It's a problem with management and whoever managed to get themselves into a position where they have authority and work closely with customers. The problem isn't with the associates, because they don't have authority to do the things that need to be done. ![]() I wish this review could be cut and dry but unfortunately it isn't. This franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves. They can apparently do whatever they want without repercussion from corporate. Corporate will tell you you have to resolve the issue with the store directly. This store will tell you to call Domino's corporate customer service. God forbid you have trouble with this location or your order, you are out of luck. We want you to know that we appreciate your business and that we value you as our customer." Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. Under the circumstances, we ask that you direct any further concerns regarding this to the store and local owner. Domino's Pizza LLC does not own any part of the store, the property where it is located nor any of the equipment used in the operation of the store. "Because this store is independently owned and operated, the franchise owner is responsible for all aspects of operating the store. ![]() Here is a direct cut and paste from Domino's corporate customer service team about this incident: After asking the store to refund us this driver's 50% tip he was given, the manager said he will not take money from his drivers, called my wife a bitch and told her to kiss his ass before hanging up on us. I have a doorbell video of our delivery driver shaking up our 2-liter of soda out of pure spite, because we had asked for the missing soda to be refunded. They will often bring the missing items sometimes 3-4 hours late when your meal has long since been over and call it good. This store will tell you directly that they will not refund, even when you are missing items you ordered. This location's solution every time is store credit. We routinely receive incorrect orders and missing items. This is the most spiteful group of workers I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. ![]()
